YÜCEL ŞEKER
He was born in 1960 in Gümüşhane. After completing his first year education at Marmara University Atatürk Faculty of Education Painting Department in Istanbul in 1981, he graduated from Gazi University, Gazi Education Faculty Painting Department, Graphics Mainart Department in 1985 with a horizontal transfer.
He retired after working for 26 years as a painting teacher, which he started in 1987.
After many years, he took a break from his painting studies and opened his first personal exhibition with his own drawings by charcoal study of horses.
In general terms, with its disposition and loyalty, the horse is not just a horse but a facet of life. Let’s get to know the horses in their delicate lines from the eye and pen of the artist.
